Shipping and Pre-order Policy

What a pre-order is

The Eli plush has not been manufactured yet. You are reserving one from the first production run.

Payment

Your card is charged in full when you place the order. That number is what tells us how many units to manufacture.

Shipping date

We expect to ship by the end of December 2026. You will receive a tracking number by email the day your order leaves the warehouse.

If the date changes

If we cannot ship by the end of December 2026, we will email you before then with a revised date. You may accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping rates and destinations

United States only for this first run. Shipping is included in the price of the plush. International orders are not available in this run.

Product specifications

Specifications are based on the approved character design and are confirmed against the factory sample before production. Minor variation between the final plush and preview images is possible.
