Orders and pre-orders

All orders placed here are pre-orders for a product that has not yet been manufactured. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill your order, we refund you in full. See the Shipping and Pre-order Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change for future runs. The price you paid at checkout is the price of your order.

Eli, Ella, and Turtleville are original characters and trademarks of EVNA Studios. All artwork, video, copy, and designs on this site are owned by EVNA Studios. You may not reproduce or sell them without written permission.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error. Product specifications are subject to confirmation against the factory sample.
